How should we train our Teachers?

TEACHER TRAINING
 
The student must become
an extension of the teacher,
and not just one who copies.
 
In other words, the student
must grow with the teacher,
so that the student
can become the teacher.
And the teacher,
is then the student.
 
In this way. our role
is continuously shifting.
For we are all both teacher
and student, at the same time.
