For over 25 years, Diversiton was best known for its Inclusion Calendars. We worked with leading organisations around the world, providing bespoke, Outlook, online and printed resources that helped people understand and celebrate different traditions, beliefs, cultures and communities.

That chapter has now closed - but the need for inclusion has never been greater.

A new compass for inclusion

Inclusion is no longer simply about compliance, policies or traditional diversity programmes. It is about how we live and work together: how we build relationships, strengthen collaboration, create opportunities and ensure that no one is left behind.

Rethinking Inclusion​

Many traditional approaches to diversity and inclusion have struggled to create lasting change. Policies and leadership commitments matter, but inclusion ultimately becomes real through everyday relationships, individual responsibility and collective action.

Rethinking Inclusion is a facilitated development process that helps organisations move beyond compliance and build a more participative, collaborative and inclusive culture.

It can be delivered as a focused leadership workshop or as a longer coaching and development process shaped around your organisation’s priorities
